Nirvana Terms of Use

Nirvana Browser is an independent Android application led by Abhiraj Aryan. It is built using open-source browser components. It is not an official Mozilla product, and Mozilla does not endorse Nirvana.

These terms describe your use of the Nirvana app and this website. A website you visit, a search provider, Mozilla account, Google Play, an extension or a DNS resolver may have separate terms. Open-source component licenses continue to govern their covered code and are not replaced by this page.

Use Nirvana lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You are responsible for the websites, downloads, extensions and accounts you choose. Do not use the app to attack services or distribute malicious material. Browser controls cannot guarantee that every page or download is safe.

Features depend on the installed release, Android device, network and third-party services. We may update the app and these pages. The Play Store listing identifies the current public release. If a material policy change affects data handling, the notice should be updated before or with the change.

Write to contactus@arivna.com with questions or a reproducible issue. Do not include account passwords, private URLs or sensitive page text. The software is supplied subject to applicable law and the licenses of its components; this page is not a waiver of statutory consumer rights.

Nirvana displays websites and can connect to services outside our control. We do not own or endorse the content you visit. Check the address, permissions and applicable terms before entering personal information or installing an extension.

You retain rights granted by the licenses of open-source components. Nirvana’s name and llama logo are trademarks of Nirvana Team; Firefox, Mozilla, Brave, Chrome and Safari are their owners’ names and marks. Comparative references are for identification.

If a feature fails, update the app and contact support with reproducible steps. Applicable consumer law may provide remedies that these terms cannot remove. Do not rely on a browser feature as the sole safeguard for critical information or a complete backup.
