What an extension can do

Extensions can add blocking, reading, accessibility or workflow tools. Their permissions determine what pages and browser data they can access. Read the permission request and the extension publisher’s policy before installing.

Find and manage extensions

Open the Nirvana menu → Extensions or Add-ons. Review the available catalog, open an item’s details and install only if it is compatible with your Android build. Return to the manager to disable, remove or inspect permissions.

Websites and your network can still see private browsing.

Private tabs and updates

An extension may need separate permission to run in private browsing. Enable that only when necessary. Keep Nirvana and extensions updated; a website help page cannot guarantee that a particular add-on works in the current release.
