A crash report helps diagnose why the browser stopped. It can contain device and app details, a stack trace and technical context. Depending on the crash, diagnostic context may include sensitive information; review a prompt before sharing when the app offers one.
In the reviewed source, automatic crash reporting defaults to Never, and the user can choose a different option. If you enable automatic reports, the Firefox-derived crash pathway may send reports to Mozilla infrastructure. This is distinct from an ordinary support email to Nirvana.
Open Settings → Data collection → Automatically send crash reports. Choose Never, Ask, or automatic sharing if offered by your build. Turning it off prevents future automatic reports; it cannot recall a report already submitted.
Send the app version, Android version and steps to reproduce to contactus@arivna.com. Avoid passwords and sensitive URLs.
A build may let you choose Never, Ask, or an automatic option. Ask gives you an opportunity to decide after a crash; automatic sends without an individual prompt. Recheck the selected choice after reinstalling or clearing app data.
Update Nirvana through Google Play and reproduce the issue with a simple page. Note the exact action, device, Android version and whether extensions were active. Avoid sharing a private URL unless essential and safe.
